The foundation to any good marg is the fresh love… No mix. Sorry – I think I actually in my hay day started to get carpel tunnel from squeezing. No really – It hurt. I used to put my guests to work squeezing – then cutting the onions! HA! Ok. No really, we need to have fresh (and preferrably organic) lemons and limes.
