Sunday Brunch…

Grainfree Salmon Pizza:oct-2-brunch-salmon-pie

  • Start with the crust – saute cauliflower, garlic,  oil, and rosemary and nutritional yeast. Let it cool a bit. Pour that in with tapioca flour, and crumbled (I bulleted mine) Mary’s gone crackers. You can whatever crackers you want.. Or corn chips would work too, whatever to give it a nice crunch. Add more garlic, oil, 2 eggs, rosemary, thyme, herbs de Provence and whatever else you want in there for herbies. Mix until you have a somewhat ‘doughy’ mix. it may be more runny that normal pizza dough.
  • Heat cast iron skillet with oil until nice and hot
  • Pour dough mixture in and keep on med/low heat for 5-mins till the edges crisp
  • Put in over on high broil maybe 10 mins on lower shelf

Pull out of the oven and remove crust from pan

  • Make your PIZZA! spread the love with some cashew cream cheese , red onion, arugula, rosemary and tons of wild smoke salmon!!
  • Put pizza back in cast iron and put on top to crisp bottom for 5 mins
  • Put in broiler on high for 5 mins!

Mexian Fritta AYE AYE AYE!!

  • oct-2-brunch-mexican-fitWhip (blend) 5 eggs and 3 more whites with handfull fresh cilantro, garlic, paprika
  • Heat cast iron skillet on range
  • Pour egg mix into skillet
  • while its on the range add inn Pico and tomatoes – just dropping them in
  • once its starts to firm up a bit, scoop avo on to top
  • Place under high broiler (low shelf)
  • Add Guac or chipolte mayo
